We hosted our family reunion at Heffley Creek Hall. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a meet and greet, and a dinner for 76 people. The bar was a nice touch and worked well. For the price it is a great gathering place and I would not hesitate to use the Hall again . And the manager was a pleasure to work with !
Deb is a kind and compassionate human who cares about the person who is renting the Hall. Deb was flexible when we had to change the date to another available date. Deb was a good communicator, emailing the necessary documents.
The Hall was clean and amazing, with clean washrooms, a sound system and screen
and room for food to be stored in a cooler/ fridge. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked to use and for clean up.We did use a small area behind the bar for quiet time with a toddler which was super appreciated.
The Hall has a user friendly alarm system which was also appreciated.
Overall I think this is the best Hall Ive seen or rented for size, and accomodating our needs. I would use again!🙂

She found out I was needing a space to throw my son a farewell luncheon for his military deployment. She was so kind to offer the space to thank him for his service.
It was so nice and convenient for him to say goodbye to everyone in one place since he’s so busy getting ready to go.
He was touched and thankful for the lunch and venue. Communication with Deb was fantastic and she made it a stress-free experience.
I recently volunteered at an event hosted at the Heffley Creek Hall. Part of my responsibilities were preparing a meal for 130 people. The hall including the kitchen, concession area were well stocked with catering equipment, clean and organized. Debbie was a lovely thoughtful manager, always willing to help. Heffley Creek Hall and Deb, we’re an absolute lifesaver! She was so quick to get back to me and was very helpful. I booked the hall for the whole weekend and was able to do all the prep for my wedding and have a back up location all setup for my reception. We live in an area with wildfires all around and weren’t sure if we were going to be able to have our wedding. Being able to have access to all the hall space for all of our food prep and the peace of mind knowing I had a back up plan was such a relief. Deb was lovely to work with and I would definitely rent the hall again!!
