Everyone with whom I spoke was really cordial and helped to make the process pleasurable, simple, and entertaining. The platform they employ is easy to use, and the services are quite customizable. Despite the fact that my partner and I chose a lot of our own songs, Bjorn filled in the blanks, expertly merged our various genres, and made sure all of our must-plays were well-timed. From the music our parents generation to the music we grew up and listened to as we aged, we wanted the music to be timeless. Bjorn worked with our selection and added many great songs to it. He even offered other song recommendations that he had seen work well for setting the proper tone at the right moment at other weddings, and they were all excellent. Do you take song requests from guests at parties ?
It depends. There is nothing I would love more than to play everyone’s requests, but the decision is the event organizers to make as it may affect a part of their event poorly. Like if they were trying to create some kind of theme for the event and song requests didn’t match that theme.
If we would like you to stay longer after our scheduled time, is this allowed ?
Yes. An overtime fee will be charged with the event organizers approval and as long as we don’t have another event afterwards.
Do you DJ birthday parties or house parties ?
Yes and yes. I do both.
How much do you charge for DJ services in Vancouver ?
The price for an event is hard to estimate since every event is almost 100% unique. The price for my services will mostly be based on : 1. what day of the week is the event. 2. How many people are attending and how many people will need to hear the music clearly (usually require 5 Watts per person) 3. What kind of an event it is and 4. If I will be required to bring any additional equipment.
