Halloween School Dance DJ Services – Vancouver, Surrey, New Westminster, and Beyond
Every October 31st, the energy in the Lower Mainland shifts. Kids are buzzing about costumes, candy, and the excitement of Halloween night. This year, I’ve already been swamped with requests to DJ Halloween dances at elementary schools in New Westminster, Vancouver, Surrey, White Rock, Port Coquitlam, and Abbotsford. With so many events happening on the same night, I always get a little nervous—I don’t want to get double booked, especially since this year Halloween lands on a Friday night instead of a weekday. That means even more parties, more trick-or-treat fun, and a lot more demand for a school dance DJ who knows how to keep the ghosts, ghouls, and goblins dancing until the last candy apple is gone.
Last year, I was honored to bring the music and the magic to schools in Port Coquitlam, Maple Ridge, Surrey, and Vancouver. The kids showed up in everything from spooky witches and goblins to the occasional funny or even sexy costume (from the parents, of course!). The room was packed with excitement, pumpkins glowing, Halloween décor everywhere, and students ready to dance, laugh, and have a frightfully good time.

What makes my Halloween DJ services different? I don’t just press play. I create an atmosphere where kids can safely enjoy the spirit of Hallow’s Eve. I mix family-friendly tracks with Halloween classics, add in light shows that bring out the spooky vibe, and keep the energy moving so no one gets bored. Whether it’s the classic “Monster Mash” or something modern the kids love, I’ll make sure every costumer feels included.
Halloween dances are special because they combine the thrill of the holiday with the joy of community. Kids get to dress up, show off their costumes, and enjoy music while thinking about the candy haul waiting for them at home. Parents love it too, it’s a safe way for their children to celebrate before heading out for a night of trick-or-treating.
So, if your school hasn’t booked a DJ yet, now is the time. Don’t wait until it’s too late, Halloween only comes once a year, and spots are filling up quickly. Whether your theme leans spooky, silly, or full-on scary, I’ll bring the soundtrack to match. From ghostly sound effects to thumping beats that keep the goblins grooving, I’ve got you covered.
🎃 Book me today for your Halloween school dance DJ in Vancouver, Surrey, New Westminster, Abbotsford, White Rock, or Port Coquitlam, and let’s make this Hallow’s Eve one your students will never forget! 🎃
Thanks,
DJ Bjorn
