Not what I would call a 5 star hotel. Tried to check in, they said it would be 30 minutes to an hour for it to be ready, and they would call. After an hour and a half, we went back to check. Magically we were told it was almost ready, and then it was. The room was an average hotel room.
The amenities were similar to Holiday Inn Express, minus the convenience of plug-ins for phones etc. View out the window was extremely beautiful over looking the harbor.
We tried the bar. Wine list quite limited. The riesling I ordered came and was a chardonnay. Prices in the restaurant were $$$$$. Don’t mind if the food and service warrant.
The pool area is outside and was a very nice, warm pool. Jacuzzi was not hot, jets were undersized. People kept trying to push the button again to get them going faster (:-).

I don’t know how this is a 5 star hotel. Check in was awful, there was a long line and we had to get back in line because we never got a text saying our room was ready. In total spent 25 min in line.
The walls are also paper thin – I could clearly hear conversations and kids screaming from the other rooms. Heads up, there are many young families that stay here and the pool is often full of children.
Other than that, the harbor view is beautiful and the location is excellent, but definitely not what I would call a 5 star hotel.

Like a large number of people that stay here, we picked this place based on reviews and cruise ship access. As for the location, it is the best place to stay if you want great views of mountains, water, and downtown. The service is really good in some departments and lacks in others. Check-in and check-out, excellent. Valet, excellent. Breakfast, some of the staff was great, but on our last day we had a less than positive experience. We also had an issue in the room at night, and they have no housekeeping staff that is available at 10:30 pm. The rooms look a little outdated, but they are large.

Stayed here a few times now but it was my daughters first visit and she loved it. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are big and clean with amazing views

Great location. We payed a little extra for incredible view. Close walking to pretty much everything in Downtown. Right next to cruise ship terminal. Good enough gym, steam room. Rental car option downstairs- overpriced but convenient.
