I cannot express enough gratitude to Rachel and the rest of her team; the venue itself was gorgeous! Imagine being with your loved ones on your special day, surrounded by a lush farmland, blue skies above you, the cool breeze during the warmth of summer, string lights and the soft glow of the chandeliers illuminating your first dance as a married couple, and the majestic mountains as your backdrop- it truly is a magical sight. To top it all off, Rachel was there to support us from the moment we signed the contract to us signing off the cleanup checklist after the wedding. If you love the outdoors, nature and all things rustic, this is the perfect venue for you! If only we can celebrate our wedding here every year we would! 🙂
We got married here last weekend and cannot recommend it enough. Everything was perfect and the whole processes (including rescheduling to a whole year later with COVID) was completely seamless. Rachel and Brad and the team at Hopcott were all so wonderful and easy to deal with. All of our guests raved about the venue (especially the baby goats!), and our photographers loved all of the beautiful photo opportunities the venue provided. 100% recommend.
What to say, a beautiful venue with a beautiful backdrop of the mountains and fields of green, and the flexibility to put on the wedding we really wanted. Working with Rachel was fantastic, she has tonnes of knowledge and gave great examples of what other couples have done as well as helped us understand how the venue could accommodate what we wanted to do to bring our vision to life. Or more accurately, help us figure out what our vision might even be! Rachel was very patient and answered all of our questions, and on the day of our wedding when some unforeseen circumstances came up, she told us exactly how she was going to solve it and wouldn’t let us worry if we tried. On top of the beautiful venue and the amazing support from Rachel, the recommendations to hotels for our out of town guests who gave us preferred rates as well as having worked with some of our other local vendors before just added to making our weekend stress free and let my wife and I focus on each other and our family and friends. If you are looking for a beautiful venue nestled in nature and supported by a great host, you’d be hard pressed to do better than Hopcott. We wouldn’t have changed a thing!
I feel there are just no words to describe how amazing this venue is. Our guests have not stopped talking about it. You will find no better people to deal with, Rachel and Brad and the entire family are spectacular. The bridal room is gorgeous, the barn, the bar, the lights all the props, the stunning views, the tents, lawn games, too much to list. It is all you need and more. We are already trying to think about what other event we could have here as we did not want it to end. It is worth every dime for what is all included. Side note , we worked with Hopcott all through covid as our wedding was to be in 2020 and they were amazing, honoured everything and kept their word. We all heard about vendor nightmares, not this vendor. They could not have been more wonderful. Thank you Hopcott Weddings, it was perfect. We also used Hopcott Meats for catering, food was unreal!
