This is the temporary lounge. They were renovating so the temporary lounge is very small and the food was not good. Choices were very limited. There’s only 3 types of hot food items and a soup. There’s a self-serve coffee and cold sandwiches. It would have been nice if they heat up the sandwiches. There’s no service at all. You just serve yourself.
The atmosphere is quiet with nice big windows so that the only highlight for this place. It’s located past Gate 68.

We visited at the end of May 2024 and there was a temporary lounge which was very poor. Food on paper plates and hot drinks in paper cups. Limited free drinks and dire lukewarm food. No options for vegetarians except toast at 13:30.

Temporary lounge area as the main one is under renovation. Friendly service, but the food and snacks are severely lacking. At least the beer is cold?

If you’re using lounge passes, it’s fine. But don’t bother buying entry… Just go to the restaurant around the corner instead and get some real food

Good experience. All you can drink booze, need to pay extra for the good stuff. Food is excellent as we had breakfast (depends on your time of arrival). Good selection of desserts and snacks. Super quiet away from the high traffic noise.

We purchased passed to this lounge on Expedia. When we arrived they were full and couldn’t fit our family.
They agreed to a refund and said it would be a quick process but now refuse to give our money back for a service they could not provide. Don’t let these people rob you like they did us. Almost 70$ each and my family had to still go else where to eat. Sad they would take advantage of us like those. Hopefully this messages saves someone else from these fraudsters.
Also had a fellow flyer who was able to gain access to this lounge tell us the food was all horrible. They only had 5 hot pots and it was side scraping to even get food. Better food at a holiday inn continental breakfast
