We had a nice stay here on our anniversary after traveling to Whistler. The hotel very kindly and generously gifted us with champagne, sweet treats, and fruit. The shower stall was very small and it was next to a standard-sized tub. Not an issue, but not my favorite set up. However, we did have a nice view through some buildings of where the sea planes dock and the room was clean and comfortable. We were a few minutes’ walk from seawall water walk, which was beautiful. The area felt safe.

Marriott Pinnacle Downtown Vancouver is all you would expect from a Marriott Hotel and more. The friendliness of the staff is amazing and really stands out. The rooms are very spacious and most of them have an amazing view. The bathroom has everything you basically need, so that’s good and most important, the rooms are very quiet. The breakfast buffet has a huge variety of very good products including a chef that will prepare your eggs or omelets.

Everyone is exceptionally friendly here! We loved our room and the location. It is close enough to walk to the cruise terminal.
The breakfast is phenomenal, and Dwayne, the server, goes above and beyond to help make your stay great and you feel welcomed.

Stayed here before embarking on an Alaskan cruise. The proximity to the cruise port was great! A short walk or car ride and you are there in minutes. The hotel’s location downtown meant you are steps away from shopping, dining, and recreational activities. But the downtown is pretty dirty and pot smoke is thick everywhere. The hotel was an oasis from this. The check in process was fast and effortless. The room was well appointed and offered a great view of the area. The restaurant in the lobby was busy but accommodating to guests. The breakfast was good. Recommend the omelet station. The hotel is beautiful and very reasonably priced.

The hotel is located a few minutes walk from waterfront and close to nice restaurants and shopping streets.
Service was amazing from the get go. We had issues with the reservation and the staff member Raphael went above and beyond to find my wife’s name and get our booking straight. Someone wrote her last name wrong but Raphael was able to find it.
The room is clean and tidy, with nice amenities like coffee and tea. The view is nice and the room is spacious.
We went to the health club and although the gym is small, I think it has enough to get by for a couple of days. The pool is a bit colder than I expected but not terrible. After a few laps you are warmed up and don’t notice it.
Totally recommend staying here.
